wash area view-1

This is the washroom area rendered as per the client's request. The same classical approach was applied to this area. This part of the villa is an extension of the way thru the main kitchen and grand dining. It's a custom for the arab people to wash their hands and sometimes their feet before eating, the reason for designing this area with grandure and elegance.

The camera target point was moved a little to the right to show the 2 toilets and the other area of the washroom.

bedrooms 1 and 2 view-2

This is the 3d visualization for bedrooms 1 and 2. They are similar and symmetrical in the plan, so I decided to merge the views into one. Following the same color palette and design scheme, this view does emphasize the typical bedroom furniture arrangement, design, shading and space planning.

bedrooms 1 and 2 view-2

This view focuses mainly on the wooden TV shelf and front wooden wall panel. Warm cove lights were installed on each side of the wooden panel. Dome shaped ceiling light, A/C linear diffuser as well as the drop ceiling panel were portrayed in the view so as to add realism to the visualization.
