master bedroom view-1

This is the master bedroom designed and rendered for the same interior project. The wooden flooring material with a darker walnut shade was used for this area of the villa. The wooden wall partition was used to separate the seating and viewing area from the bedroom and with cove lights installed on every corner edge to add warm ambience to the room at night. The bronze metal mesh design was provided to add a touch of Arabic architecture on the wooden headboard panel. A double level drop panel was designed for the ceiling both for the bedroom and viewing area.

This is the view rendered towards the viewing/seating area. A wooden wall partition separates this area from the privacy of the bedroom. The seating area furniture arrangement was also included on this view, and with the front wall wooden panel for the entertainment furnishing as the main focus on this view.

typical bathroom design for bedrooms - view1

This is the typical bathroom design and space plan for bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 which are located on the first floor level. I just rendered and made a 3D visualization for a single bathroom and dressing as per the client's request and this will be applied in these 3 bedrooms. I made use of golden shade glazed tiles combined with 30cm X 30cm white ceramic tiles. And for the wooden parts I used walnut shade materials. Wall recess were also applied on the design to break continuity on the walls with lights installed on each corner edge to add illuminance.

Focusing on the built-in wall panel for bathing stuffs, this view was rendered on a wider camera angle to show the door going to the bathing area and with the other door for the exit towards the first floor hallway. Crema Marfil marble with a shade of maple was used as per the flooring design.

a simple dining creation-view1

This is the grand dining area designed for the same interior project in Dubai, UAE. An extravagant ceiling design was used for this area corresponding to the other related areas like main majlis and main entrance hallway. A neo-classical approach on the design was emphasized on the wooden wall panels, doors, and as well reflected on the furnishings. Included also in the view is the doorway which leads to the washing area.

A rendered view on the other side of the area which focuses on the entirety of the grand dining. The furniture layout, the drop ceiling design, as well as the entrance doors towards the main majlis area and the other fronting to the main entrance hall were shown on this view.

main kitchen view-1

A straight camera view towards the kitchen area. The same wallnut shade was used as well as the crema marfil marble finishing for the flooring tiles. The fridge was also a focus on this view which is covered with the built in cupboard. A semi-classical approach was applied to this area, following the same concept and design scheme as the other areas of the villa.

main kitchen view-2

This was taken from an angled camera view focusing on the corniche wrapped around the whole kitchen, the overhead cupboard design as well as the ceiling covelights running thru the corniche.

wash area view-1

This is the washroom area rendered as per the client's request. The same classical approach was applied to this area. This part of the villa is an extension of the way thru the main kitchen and grand dining. It's a custom for the arab people to wash their hands and sometimes their feet before eating, the reason for designing this area with grandure and elegance.

wash area view-2

The camera target point was moved a little to the right to show the 2 toilets and the other area of the washroom.

wash area view-3

The focus of this view were the column posts standing in between the lavatories as well as the flat mirrors just in front of each fixture.

wash area view-4

A rendered view wherein the built in cupboard and the 2 symmetrical toilets as its focus.

bathroom for master bedroom view-1

This is the bathroom designed for the master bedroom, almost the same concept and scheme used in the bathroom for the typical bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. The only difference to be the shower tray area, and the bath tub placed on wall recess.
