Bagamoyo Project - 18 white villas view1
A huge yet simply designed project in Mombasa, Kenya in Africa, catering 18 white villas and some ammenities. It was a big challenge for me doing the entire 3d visualization in less than a week. This first camera angle is from the front, with the effect giving the client a view from a boat, towards the location. The owner of this project requested to minimize the cutting of the existing palm and coconut trees, as being part of the modified landscaping plan.

A front aerial view rendered to showcase the entire length of the layout, as well as the different sloping plot levels, designed to accomodate the existing plot slope. Due to short time frame to finish this 3dvisualzation, I made use of simple composition, 3d object management and texturing. Each and every object in the scene is 3D, and no post processing was applied.

An aerial camera view rendered from the rear part of the layout. This view shows the entire layout from the back, stretching towards the sea. Noticeable is the abrupt change in slope going down from the existing road level, the reason why I used terrain method for the layout, to produce an accurate result in terms of plot point level.

A closer view towards the open pool area, with the camera located on one of the villa's terrace. I intended to show a part of the pergolas to add drama and realism, but on a higher eye level, not to focus on the railing. The pool area was made using simple design and materials and with 3D objects eagerly placed to project actual visualization.
